1. Some or all of the items you, the Buyer, Reseller, Sales Agent, Party Listed in “Bill To,” or Party Listed in “Ship To” of the OpticsPlanet, Inc. Invoice (“Customer”), are purchasing may be regulated by the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and export is restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any restricted item(s), the Customer identified below certifies that (i) the purchase does not require OpticsPlanet, Inc. to export such items; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from OpticsPlanet, Inc. without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization.

1. OpticsPlanet社のINVOICEに｢請求先｣もしくは｢配送先｣と記載された仕入担当者、転売担当者、販売代理店の
いずれかの立場であるお客様(｢顧客｣)が購入済みの商品の一部もしくは全商品は、米国輸出規則(EAR)による規制を
受けることがあり、さらに輸出に関しては米国商務省産業安全保障局によって規制されます。規制済みの商品を
購入して取引を進めるには、下記に記された顧客は以下の条件を保障します。
(i)購入に際しては、OpticsPlanet社が規制済み商品の輸出業務を請け負わない。
(ii)顧客はOpticsPlanet社から商品を受け取り後に、アメリカ政府からの正式な輸出許可なしで
規制済み商品を輸出しない。

いくつか、もしくは全ての商品に関して、あなた方、いわば買い手、卸し業者、代理店、等、OpticsPlanet社の請求書上の　’請求相手先’、もしくは、’納品先’に記載されている先　（総じて’顧客’）が購入する商品は　米国輸出管理規則（EAR)に該当し得るかもしれません。そして、それらの品の輸出は米国産業安全保障局の規制対象かもしれません。これらの規制対象品の購入に際しては、顧客は以下の２点の証明が必要になります。　
(i)これらの購入はOpticsPlanet社に輸出を強要するものではない。　
(ii)顧客はpticsPlanetから受領した品物を米国政府の輸出許可無しには輸出しない。
