貴方のebay shop内でどこにもその連絡告知が無く
質問欄でも以前の通りです
私が質問し変更になったというのはおかしいです
次回からはルールは守りますが
今回落札分は一方的なルールー変更です
おかしくありませんか?

それが無理な場合は残念ですが
