PC側にUSBポートが複数ある場合には接続位置を変えて動作を試して下さい
PCとの間にUSBハブ等を介して接続している場合には外してパソコンと直結して動作をお試し下さい
常駐ソフト(ウィルスチェックやシステム管理ソフト)がパソコンにインストールされている場合には停止させてから製品のセットアップをお試し下さい
