I found some dirt and stain on the outer.

I'd like to return this item.
I would like you to cover the shipping expenses.
It would be around $140 there and back.
If you fail to give me a reply within 2 days or comply with my demand, I will bring this case to ebay or Paypal.

How exactly is this item new?
The outside is dirty and stained.
When I checked the inside, a lot of sand came out.
I have taken a picture, shall I send it to you?
I would like to return this item.
And I would like you to cover the postage cost for the return.
Postage going both ways is $140.
I intend to complain to eBay or Paypal if you do not reply to me or do not agree with my request within 2 days.
