今回のクラウドセールで、先ほど ETH を Poloniex から送信してしまいました。これだと御社から発行された DGD を受け取れないですよね？申し訳ないのですが、一旦、ETH を戻していただけませんか？また、MyEtherWallet から ETH を送信し直そうと考えていますが、問題ありませんか？

I have just sent ETH from Poloniex on this cloud sale. I suppose I cannot receive DGD issued by your company with this? I am sorry to trouble you, but could you once return ETH? Also, I am thinking to re-send ETH from MyEtherWallet. Would it go smoothly?

In this cloud sale, you have been send ETH from Poloniex not long ago. Which means, we can't receive DGD that issued by your company, right? I feel so sorry, but from now, can you give me back ETH? also, Its any problem If I resend ETH from MyEtherWallet?
