カートンボックスの破損だけなら対応出来たのですが、パッケージの破損でクレームが出ているので、現在お客様への対応に困惑しています。袋の破れは商品として出荷ができません。
早急に代替え商品を用意する必要がありますが、また400ctns以上の返品が出た場合の金額負担とお客様の信用がなくなる事が怖いです。
カートンボックスの破損だけなら定価より安く販売して損失を最小限にできると考えていましたが、袋の破損が多数あると安価での販売も断られました。

I can respond to damage of carton box but a claim on damage of package has been filed so now I'm confused on how to respond to the customer. If the bag is torn then we cannot ship it.
It's necessary to prepare a replacement right away, but I'm afraid of the loss of a more than 400ctns returned goods and that we could lose customer's trust.
I thought if it were just damage of carton box, we could lower the loss to the minimum by selling it at a lower price than list price. But because there were many torn bags, our offere was refused.

We are having difficulties answering to the client's concern since the package is damaged. As long as it was a matter of damage with the carton box, we would have been able to contain it but the damage to the package is not acceptable.
We are concerned that we may lose client's faith in our business dealings as well as the compensation we would have provide in the event if we have to accept the return for more than 400 cartons. We need to prepare the replacement as soon as possible.
The client declined our offer to discount the items since the damages on the package itself were found. We estimated that we could contain the loss to bare minimum as long as the damages were limited to the carton boxes, that is not possible.
I'd like to hear what your thoughts on this.

If only damage to the paper box, I am able to deal with it, but I am confused with the claim due to package damage for the current customer. Product with broken bag cannot be shipped.
It is necessary to prepare product for change as soon as possible. For return of 400 ctns, it will cost a lot and may damage to customer’s trust.
If only damage to the paper box, we can sell it cheaply and minimize the loss, but with a lot damage to bag, it doesn’t works. What do you think about it?

It could have been OK if the damage was just on the carton box. But, the claim was about the package itself. We are having hard time dealing with our client about the issue. We cannot ship out the items with the ripped package.
There's an urgent need of replacement of the items. But we are afraid of defraying the expense and losing the customers' trust if we had more than 400ctns returned again.

We thought we could still sell those items with discount price if the damage was just on the carton box. But, they did not accept the sale of the items even with the discount because of the damage on the packages.
What do you think about it?
