カートンボックスの破損だけなら対応出来たのですが、パッケージの破損でクレームが出ているので、現在お客様への対応に困惑しています。袋の破れは商品として出荷ができません。
早急に代替え商品を用意する必要がありますが、また400ctns以上の返品が出た場合の金額負担とお客様の信用がなくなる事が怖いです。
カートンボックスの破損だけなら定価より安く販売して損失を最小限にできると考えていましたが、袋の破損が多数あると安価での販売も断られました。
あなたはどう考えていますか?

We are having difficulties answering to the client's concern since the package is damaged. As long as it was a matter of damage with the carton box, we would have been able to contain it but the damage to the package is not acceptable.
We are concerned that we may lose client's faith in our business dealings as well as the compensation we would have provide in the event if we have to accept the return for more than 400 cartons. We need to prepare the replacement as soon as possible.
The client declined our offer to discount the items since the damages on the package itself were found. We estimated that we could contain the loss to bare minimum as long as the damages were limited to the carton boxes, that is not possible.
I'd like to hear what your thoughts on this.
