GK-3がMIDIの音が弱いとの事ですね
マルチエフェクターはGR-20 GR-55 でしょうか？
エフェクターの説明書とおりにセッティングされたのなら
MIDI送受信チャンネルを確認してください。
今回のGK-3の状態 2弦と5弦の音が小さい
考えられる事は
GK-3の取り付け位置調整とマルチエフェクターの調整です。
もう少しギターの弦のAdjusting the Input Sensitivity (GK SENS)(入力感度の調整)をお願いします

Do you use the Multi Effects GR-20 and/or GR-55?
If you set it according to the manual, you should check the MIDI channel of input and output.
In this case, the 2nd and 5th strings are low through GK-3.
So, the problem is probably the setting position of GK-3 and adjusting the Multi Effects.
You should adjust a little bit the Input Sensitivity of guitar strings(GK SENS).
