Any social world, as long as there is a powerful leader, the social just goes on.
If the president is charismatic and people are automatically get gathered and it would look everything is going well.
That people feel comfortable because they just have to do what they are told.

A company will go forward when you have a strong leadership in any company. If the president of company has a charisma, people will be attracted and company seems to be growting. The people gathered around there will have easy life just following what they were told to do.
