本当の王は神様なのに長老達は他の国のように王を立ててほしいと願います。
どんな会社も、強力なリーダーシップを発揮する人がいれば、会社は前進していきます。社長にカリスマがあれば、それだけで人は集まってきて、順調に成長しているかのように見えます。そこに集まっている人は、リーダーの言う通りにしていればよいのですから楽です。

しかしそれをやっている限り、一代で終わってしまいます。そのリーダーがいなくなったとき、そこには何もできない、ただの傍観者となった人々がいるだけになってしまいます。

Any social world, as long as there is a powerful leader, the social just goes on.
If the president is charismatic and people are automatically get gathered and it would look everything is going well.
That people feel comfortable because they just have to do what they are told.

But as long as they do that, the generation would end. When that leader died, there would be only people that can do nothing.
