本当の王は神様なのに長老達は他の国のように王を立ててほしいと願います。
どんな会社も、強力なリーダーシップを発揮する人がいれば、会社は前進していきます。社長にカリスマがあれば、それだけで人は集まってきて、順調に成長しているかのように見えます。そこに集まっている人は、リーダーの言う通りにしていればよいのですから楽です。

しかしそれをやっている限り、一代で終わってしまいます。そのリーダーがいなくなったとき、そこには何もできない、ただの傍観者となった人々がいるだけになってしまいます。

A company will go forward when you have a strong leadership in any company. If the president of company has a charisma, people will be attracted and company seems to be growting. The people gathered around there will have easy life just following what they were told to do.

But as long as if you go this way, it ends within one generation. No progress will be made when the leader is gone. Only those bystanders will be remaining.
