関税等をお支払いになり、商品を受け取られる場合の手続きではありません。
商品が無事届くことを期待しております。
申し訳ありませんが、当店においては、商品はヨーロッパにお送りしておりません。
商品は、現在発送準備をしております。本日中には、発送できる予定です。

Regarding email I sent a few days ago, the item was stopped at the customs and you
cannot pay the duties. Then I told you arrangement when we want to return it.
It is not an arrangement when you pay the duties and can receive the item.
I am looking forward to that you receive your item.
I hate to say, but we do not send the item to Europe.
We are preparing sending. We can send it today.

In the last email, we informed you about the procedure in case that you return goods to us as the products are stopped by the customs and you do not pay custom duties.
It is not necessary when you pay for the the product and receive it.
We hope the goods will be sent to you safely.
We're sorry to inform you that we don't send the products to Europe.
