今日送ったリストは輸出準備が整っています。そのリストの中のハーベスターの多くは△ですがそのまま送っていいですか？
それと、送る量が多いので詰め込み作業と陸送に時間がかかり一回の船では送ることが出来ません。
今回のスタンバイLCでは、コンテナを４回の船便に分けて送ることは認められますか？（週１便です）
追加で○○も送るようにします。総額で２０万ドル位のインボイスになります
決済期間は９０日後のスタンバイLCと銀行に説明し許可をもらっています

The list I sent to you today is ready to be exported. The most of the harvester in the list are △, but can I send it as is?
And, as the amount of the delivery is so huge, it takes a lot of time in packing and surface delivery . Therefore I cannot send all in one ship.
As for stand by LC this time, Is it approved to send containers splitting into 4 sea mails? ( one ship per a week)
In addition, I will send ○○, too. Total about $200, 000 invoice.
We had explained to the bank that payment due is 90 days stand by LC, and I have received the approval.
