Do I receive makeup and body perfectly identical to the photo?
If there is even small difference, does the seller bear shipping cost and exchange at free of charge or make full refund? Do I receive same quality every time, especially makeup?
Please inspect carefully so there is no damage, failure and loose joint before shipping.
In case of damage, failure and loose, joint, the seller must bear entire cost for exchange.
Please be extra careful and thoroughly pack so it won't get damaged during transportation.
Does DHL cover full amount in case of accident during transportation?
Will you provide list of wigs and eyes and additional cost for each?
