昨日・本日ともにEMSに問い合わせたのですが
中国の税関で止まっているようです。
理由につきましてただいま調査請求を出しました。
ですが、回答には時間がかかるようです。
お手数ですが、そちらからも税関に問い合わせて頂いてもよろしいですか？

We have just submitted a request for investigation as to why this happened but it may take time.
Could you please inquire the customs about it from your side as well?

Sorry for my late reply.
I asked EMS yesterday and today, but it seems like it's held at the customs in China.
I just requested investigation for the reason.
However, it will take time to get reply.
I'm afraid to take your time but will you kindly check with the customs from your side as well?
