違法行為を断ったことでレートが下がるのは納得がいかない
至急この内容を確認し訂正して下さい
トイのレートだがこの情報は間違っている
過去30日のトイの注文数（発送済）は7件、その全てに有効なトラッキングナンバーをつけている

I understood about the content of CS.
I declined a customer’s request that he asked me to put a price less than the actual price in an invoice at the time of shipping Order ID 1.

The information on the rate of toys is incorrect.
The number of orders (already shipped) in the past 30 days is 7, and all of them were shipped with a tracking number respectively.

Also I have attached screenshots of all the 7 tracking results.

According to order ID1, I have refused the request from a customer on shipping to state undervalue on invoice.
I cannot accept the rate will be lower down because of refusing an illegal act.
Please confirm and correct that as quickly as possible.
The information on toy rate seems to be incorrect.
On the past 30 days, there were seven orders of toys (shipping completed) and we have attached valid tracking numbers to all of them.
Below you can see seven order IDs and tracking numbers.
Also we have attached screenshots of all results of tracking.

Therefore, I denied.
It is illegal and I think it's unfair to reduce the rate.
I'm afraid that you should check and correct it as soon as possible.
