The warranty by the maker is limited to Japan only, so we will do the arrangements for you.
We ask you to go to your order history and issue a product return request, first. Then, when you return the product with its box, manual, warranty certificate and all the accessories to the specified address, we will send you a new product.
But please understand that the cost of shipping (inside US) needs to be covered by the client.
Also, please be noticed that without the warranty certificate, we cannot replace it.
