Hey Kevin, listen :/ I am really sad and down. A chief manager at my workplace, who I don’t like very much, told me that I have to give her a reason when I ask her for a day off either Saturday or Sunday, and only if she accepts such a reason I can take a day off. It seems that she does not like me to take a day off on 21st, which I asked her, and she just complained about it. I told a different supervisor that I have already made a reservation and I asked him to tell me if I am not able to take a day off in advance.

Listen Kevin :/ I'm very sad and disappointed now. The director of the shop, whom I hate, says that I need to tell her why I would take a day off of work on Saturdays and Sundays from now on, and she will need to approve the reason why for me to take a day off. For that reason, she has been annoying to me because she doesn't like the reason why I want the 21st off of work. Hey Kevin, hear me out. I'm so sad and feeling down right now. My boss that I really don't like, she said that if I need to take Saturday or Sunday off I need to explain the reason and if that reason is acceptable then I get to have off from work.
So for the 21st I requested day off but she doesn't like my reason and she chewed me out.
My other boss said if I have booked a hotel room then I need to let them know as soon as I can.

I was really looking forward to going to Kyoto with you again. What my supervisor said to me really disappointed me. But there still may be a chance to go there, so please do not cancel the apartment. I am going to the HR department to complain about her treating me badly and to inform them of my leaving a job in January.

I was looking forward to going to Kyoto with you but I am disappointed to have been told like that. There is still a little chance to go there with you, so I would like you not to cancel the apartment. I am going to tell personnel section in my office the fact that she did terrible things to me and I am going to quite the job in January.

I have been looking forward to go to Kyoto with you all this time, so I have been so disappointed by her. However, I would not want you to cancel the apartment still because I may be able to go. I am going to the department of human resources to tell how awful she has treated me, and tell that I want to quit work in January.

I was really looking forward to this trip to Kyoto for long time, and they're keep making me feel bad about this. But please don't cancel the apartment, I'm going to go talk to HR about how my boss treats me bad, and to put notice to quit on Jaruary.
