The reason is, that the perfume is considered as explosives and combustibles because of its alcohol concentration is too high. It's under an embargo.
It was checked at X-ray inspection at the airport and the shipping it is not realistic.
So I will refund the product price and the shipping cost to you.
And I apologize sincerely for bringing you a trouble because of my ignorance.
