(1) There is cigarette smell on outer cardboard box. I don't feel there is any smell on the item itself. (2) When pulling money from PayPal in Japan, 250 JPY is charged for withdrawal less than 50,000 JPY. I don't know if there is any charge when pulling money in US, but I'll send money with little extra amount. Please accept the difference as handling fee and for new tape.
