最低限私が依頼した製品規格は満たして貰う必要があるのですが該当する製品はなさそうですね。
条件を満たすことの出来る製品の作成は可能ですか？
私の会社の社員は英語や中国語が苦手です
出来れば日本語の対応をお願いしたいのです

I have checked the PDF file attached.
We would like the product specification we asked to you to be fulfilled as the minimum condition. It seems as though there is no product applicable to the specification.
Would it be possible for you to manufacture products that will comply our specification?
Our staff members are not good at English nor Chinese.
We would like to ask you to handle communication in Japanese if possible.
We are not good at English but we believe we can handle it if we have to.
