I experienced dried bonito for the first time.
I also learned that it takes time to cook an extremely good food and it is simple as well.
As a Japanese, I learned what I did not know, and had a very good time.
I am grateful that the explanation of the cook was easy to understand.
The Dashijiruhiki that you will be impressed will be held at 15:00 on September 22nd, which is the national holiday.
