第６章 附則
（設立に際して発行する株式）
第２７条 当会社の設立に際して発行する株式の数は１００株とし、その発行価額は1株につき金1万円とする。
（設立に際して出費される財産の価額又はその最低額）
第２８条 当会社の設立に際して出資される財産の価額は金１００万円とする。

第２９条 当会社の最初の事業年度は、当会社設立の日から平成２３年５月３１日までとする。
