第１６条 株主は、代理人によって議決権を行使することができる。この場合には、総会ごとに代理権を証する書面を提出しなければならない。
２ 前項の代理人は、当会社の議決権を有する株主に限るものとし、かつ、２人以上の代理人を選任することはできない。
