議決権の代理行使）
第１６条 株主は、代理人によって議決権を行使することができる。この場合には、総会ごとに代理権を証する書面を提出しなければならない。
２ 前項の代理人は、当会社の議決権を有する株主に限るものとし、かつ、２人以上の代理人を選任することはできない。

第1７条 株主総会における議事の経過の要領及びその結果並びにその他法令に定める事項は、議事録に記載又は記録し、議長及び出席した取締役がこれに署名若しくは記名押印又は電子署名をし、10年間本店に備え置く。

Article 17 procedure and matters specified in the results as well as other laws and regulations of the course of the proceedings in the shareholders' meeting should be recorded in the minutes ,the chairman and attended Board of Directors will sign or seal or electronic signature to this. It will be put for 10 years in provision to the head office .
