しかし「black surrounded in the picture」が出るということは、カメラに一度は装着されて写真を撮られたということですよね？ このレンズは直接α７には装着できませんので、アダプターを使用されたと思います。
こちらで動作確認した時には問題がなかったので、レンズに不具合があるのではなく、アダプターを使用している不具合の可能性があります。そのアダプターのモデルが知りたいのです。

However, the fact that "black surrounded in the picture" appears means that you already mounted it to the camera at least once and took pictures, right? I think you used an adapter given that this lens can not be mounted directly to α７.
When we checked the lens, there was no problem. So it is possible that there is a failure related to the use of an adapter, not a failure of the lens. Therefore, I would like to know the model of the adapter.

Thank you for the mail. We understand you purchased the mount by mistake.
However, "black surrounded in the picture" means that you took a photo after installing it into the camera.
You may have used the adopter because this lens cannot be installed to alfa 7 directory.
We checking the performance before delivery, the lens was OK. So there may be defective in using adopter.
