Thank you for your email. The tracking page of Japan Post shown below says that the parcel has been under customs clearance at the customs house in your country since August 20.
Could you take some of your precious time, tell your nearest post office the tracking number, and ask them when it will arrive?
You should be able to know what you want to know more quickly by asking the authorities from within your country. Sorry to bother you, but I earnestly ask you to do that. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting me. Upon verifying the Japan postal office's tracking site, the package has already arrived in your country last 8/20 and is undergoing the customs procedure.
Sorry to bother you, but can you kindly check the tracking number with the nearest postal office to see when it will arrive?
I think it should be faster to get the inquiry results if the confirmation is made locally.

Checking the trucking site in Japan Post Co. Ltd., below,
it is on progress of custom clearance in the custom office in your country since Aug. 20.
Could you kindly ask your nearest post office when to arrive with the trucking number?
It surely can get the information in your country earlier than that internationally.
