I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences caused due to the non-delivery of the product.
From the below tracking site of the Japan's Post Office, it had successfully passed through the Los Angeles International Exchange Office on 30 June and has been kept at the post office number [89122] since 7 June.
It is possible that you were not at home during the delivery of the package.
Kindly contact your nearest post office with regards to the procedure to receive the EMS package at the post office 89122 by providing your tracking number.

I have just confirmed to the website of Japan Post Office listed below that the item you purchased passed through the National Hub in LA. on June 30th and is kept at "89122" office since July 6th.

As we confirmed with the below trucking site of Japan Postal Office, it has passed the International Switching Center in Los Angels on June 30, and it has been stored in the center of "89122" from July 6.
