メール読みました、大変な事になっていたなんて 私も知らなかった。
おもちゃの銃を、リアル銃に見間違えるなんて、有り得ない
なら 送った私が警察に捕まりますよ
そんな重要な事なのに、相談もなく、オープンケースするなんて理解できない！
とりあえず、日本郵便から、おもちゃの銃だと報告しておきました。
これで、配達してくれれば良いのですが
アイテム不着返金については、もう少し待って欲しい
受け取り時の関税の事ですが、20ドルまで当店で負担します。 （書類を写真で送って下さい）

I read your email. Nor did I know something terrible had happened.
It can't be that somebody takes a toy gun for a real one.
If that were possible, I the sender would be arrested.
That being such an important issue, I can't believe they make it an open case without consulting me.
For the time being, I've reported to them through Japan Post that it's a toy gun.
I hope they'll deliver it now.
For the refund for the item not having arrived, could you wait a little longer?
For the customs for reception, I'll bear up to 20 dollars. (Please send me the documents.)
