関してですがメーカー等に確認しますので
詳細状況を聞かせて下さい。
1)AF,MFでも同じ状況でしょうか？
2)カメラは何をお使いですか？
3)コンバーターなどを使用してカメラにつけていますか？
4)毎回撮影のたびに同じ状況ですか？

Regarding the fact that it reaches only F2.8 when you focus at infinity,
we will check with the manufacturer.
May we know the condition in detail?
1) Is the condition same under AF and MF?
2) What is a manufacturer of your camera?
3) Do you set a converter at the camera?
4) Do you have the same condition at each time you take a picture?
