The correct spelling is rechip.
I have heard that the needle gets shorter when the first owner of this cartridge asked to replace needle tips at KOETSU when when the needle tips was worn.
2nd owner used it very infrequently, so I think the condition should be very good.
Even in Japan, it is rarely seen in the used market.
The shipping cost is US$18 as you wrote.
It is the same price adding SUPEX.

As the second owner hardly used it, it must be in very good condition.
It has hardly been sold in the market of used items in Japan.
