返金について理解しました。
確かに仰る通りだと思いますが、最初に届いたサンプルと２番目のオーダーの物では
明らかに縫製と汚れの程度に差がありました
縫製ではロックミシンが施されてない、汚れに関しては半分以上に付着していました。
私達の要求のレベルが高すぎたのかもしれません

大変お手間を取らせてしまい申し訳ございませんでした

「As for the sawing there was no overlock sewing made and the stain adhesion was seen on over the half of it.」

It was not lock stitched and more then half of it had been stained.
