返金について理解しました。
確かに仰る通りだと思いますが、最初に届いたサンプルと２番目のオーダーの物では
明らかに縫製と汚れの程度に差がありました
縫製ではロックミシンが施されてない、汚れに関しては半分以上に付着していました。
私達の要求のレベルが高すぎたのかもしれません
postage slipを送ります。
大変お手間を取らせてしまい申し訳ございませんでした
宜しくお願い致します。

I understood about refund.
I guess your right but there was clear difference in sawing and stain between the first sample and the second ordered one.
It was not lock stitched and more then half of it had been stained.
Maybe our request was too high.
We will send postage slip.
I apologies for causing you such trouble.

We think we are able to make large number of orders after the exhibition next month.
Is everything going well for the preparation of mass production?
