I would like to report several issues regarding this purchase. Due to the insufficient packaging, 3 out of 5 pieces of "a" have arrived damaged. Also, merchandise "A" which I paid for was not included. In addition, I paid ○ for shipping; however, the actual cost for shipping was ○. You have promised that you will refund the difference in shipping cost. Please refer to the attached photograph for the damaged merchandise. I report about some problem of this dealing. The incomplete packaged 3 items out of 5 were broken. And the item A which I bought was not in the package. Regarding the shipping fee, I paid ○ but the actual fee is ○. You promised me that you will refund the overpayment shipping fee. I will send the picture of the broken item, so please check it. My request about the refunds are the total amount of the broken a + not received b + overpayment shipping fee c, that is d.

There are several problems in this transaction, thus I am reporting.
Due to insufficient packing, 3 of 5 a's have been broken. Also, product A which I purchased was not delivered.In terms of shipping fees, I paid (払った送料） but the actual shipping costed （実際かかった送料）.
You have promised to refund the over-paid shipping. I will send a photo of the broken products for your confirmation. I am also demanding for a refund of the the broken products a, undelivered b, and the over-paid shipping cost c, a total of d.
