I would like to report several issues regarding this purchase. Due to the insufficient packaging, 3 out of 5 pieces of "a" have arrived damaged. Also, merchandise "A" which I paid for was not included. In addition, I paid ○ for shipping; however, the actual cost for shipping was ○. You have promised that you will refund the difference in shipping cost. Please refer to the attached photograph for the damaged merchandise.
