第５条（賃料の改訂）
賃料の改訂は物価、公租公課、近隣建物賃料の変動を勘案して、甲乙協議のうえ決定するものとする。
第６条（付加使用料）
乙は第４条の賃料のほかに付加使用料として下記料金及び費用を支払わなければならない。
(1) 電気・水道・ガス料金、衛生清掃費、冷暖房費
(2) その他賃借物件の使用上賃借人の負担となるべき諸経費

Article 5 (Rent Revision)
The rent revision is decided by a consultation between the first party and the second party after considering fluctuations in the cost of living, taxes and public dues, and the rent of nearby buildings.
Article 6 (Costs to Use Additional Things)
The second party must pay the following fees and expenses as the costs to use additional things in addition to the rent in Article 4.
(1) electricity, water, and gas fees, cleaning expenses, and air conditioning expenses
(2) other overheads that should be the renter's responsibility while using the rented article

The Revision of rent prices shall be determined upon mutual consultation with each other taking in account the fluctuation of prices of commodities, taxes and public dues and the rents for neighboring buildings.
