1. We add a staff checking the price before the loader file is uploaded, and doing a cross-check in order to price merchandise rightly.
2. We prepare the rapid system for unexpected situations. Concretely, a staff follows up the transactions until the correct price is displayed after the loader file was uploaded.

To prevent this type of error happening again, we will develop our procedures as following:
1. By allocating another staff to check the product's price prior to uploading the loader file, we will confirm the price with cross checking and ensure the appropriate pricing.
2. We will have staff supervise to make sure the right price has been reflected on the loader file after uploading the price. This will help us take immediate action in case with unpredictable situation.
