I am writing an e-mail from Japan.
I purchased 13 items at one time, but would like to return 2 of them.
(The image was different from what I imagined.)
Order number:
We purchased them on March 11th 2015 (Japan time).
May we return them?
Or can we exchange them with a different item?
(In that case, would you tell us how to exchange?)
