I have noted your wished and do not have a problem providing a refund.
However, in the case that the item is delivered, I would have to ask you to bear the cost of shipping and return the item to me. Would this be alright?
If this is acceptable, I would like to prepare for the reimbursement immediately.
This measure is for something that is currently in the process of being shipped.
Please make note of this.
Additionally, the investigation on the international shipping is currently pending a reply.
If you are able to inquire in more detail at a post office nearby, I would think you would get more detailed information on the status.
