The buyer said in their feedback, that I did not pay for custom duty.
Does custom duty that seller need to pay exist when trading on eBay? It is fees to eBay and Paypal that seller needs to pay for.
Custom duty need to be paid by the importer and I mentioned that on an entry description.
It is not right for buyer to get angry at myself for not paying for it.

I have contacted eBay regarding this issue. (It is buyer's problem that they have not received their item. )

Regarding the payment of tariff, the seller has nothing to do with it.
Please make sure that the buyer is responsible for it.

The buyer mentions in the feedback that I’m the one who didn’t take care of the tariff payment.
Service fee for eBay and Paypal is supposed to be paid by the seller but basically there is no such a deal in eBay that the seller side is responsible for the tariff.

Since it is clearly mentioned in the description for the auction that it is the duty of the seller to take care f the tariff, I don’t understand why the buyer is blaming me for not paying it and it doesn’t make sense based on the regulation.

I have been contacting eBay so many times. It’s not my concern if the buyer received the product or not.
Anyway, please reconsider the evaluation process.
