ただ現在のUS倉庫の在庫を確認した所 残りが20数個のみとなります
7-10日前後で200個程度アメリカの倉庫に補充される予定ですがそれまでお待ち頂く事は可能ですか？
また今後継続的な取引や更なる割引を希望の場合は取引条件などが書かれたダイレクトメールをあなたの住所にお送りしますのでその旨教えて下さい

However, I checked the stock and there are only 20 units left at the warehouse in the U.S. for this item.
About 200 units will be replenished in 7-10 days at the warehouse in the U.S. Would you be able to wait until then?
Also, if you wish to continue purchasing from us on a regular basis or to have further discount, we will send you a direct mail which indicates business conditions and so on. Please let me know.
