ゼロ点調整は良いか？
測定を開始する前には必ずゼロ点調整をしなければなりません。もしゼロ点が狂っているとせっかく測定しても値が信用できません。測定中にも繰返しゼロ点調整を行う事が大切です。
配管を31本製造し、2本規格外れのロットがある。
測定のバラツキにより、全て合格判定して納品した。
同種類の量と比較して行う測定
微動送りと副尺の間を4～5mmあけて、大まかな所要の寸法に合わせる。

Most of them are available for 1 year after a test but some of them are for 2-3 years because of their stable accuracy.
