You may not be the one I should be asking this but I have no one else I can ask to.
No one tells me about products, how to use system, the flow until the shipment. Nothing at all.
First I would like you to tell me how to see the shipping data I send you every day.

Which row indicates the number of to-be-shipped item with order?
Which row indicates the number of to-be-shipped item without order?
