作業と仕事の違い
仕事とは、その背景にある内容を積極的に理解しながら、新たな価値創出に取組むもの。
「作業」とは、「ルーチンワークを言われた通りにこなすこと」です。
どんなに丁寧に、真面目な態度であっても、上司に言われたことをそのまま形にしているだけでは「作業」の域を出ない。
ならば、「仕事」とは何か?
それは、上から指示されたことを完成させた上で、さらに「これでいいのか」と疑問を持って、自分なりの工夫を施していくことです

Difference between work and a job.
Work is something you do to create new value while trying to understand the background of the contents. Job is something you do by following orders as a routine work.
However you may be careful or serious, as long as you are just doing things as your boss says, it cannot become more than a job.
Then what's work?
It is to make an arrangement with the questions in mind such as whether this is enough or not after completing what your boss instructed.

Business is what we understand the contents at the background positively and wrestle a new creation of a value.
"Work" is "what we manage a routine as we are said".
Even though how we are polite and how our attitude is serious, you cannot get out from stage of "work" if you just work as your boss says.
In that case, what is "business?"
It is that we finish what a boss indicates and moreover "is this okay?" have doubt and give device our own.
