Customers decide what value is added.
Customers decide additional value, not the manufacturer.
It is up to consumers whether to accept values created by the manufacturer.
Even though the manufacturer decides price and indicates to the added value, if the price is too high and price should be lowered to sell, the lowered price is the true added value. It is after all up to consumers to judge added value instead of manufacturer.
