付加価値はお客様が決める
付加価値の判断は生産者がするのではなく消費者によって決まる。
消費者が生産者の作り出した価値を受け入れるかどうかにかかっている。
生産者が値段を決めて付加価値額を消費者に提示しても、その値段では高すぎで、値段を下げなければ売れないとすれば、値下げした値段がその商品の本当の付加価値である。付加価値は生産者ではなくあくまで消費者が決めている。
