一面に広がる青い色、光り輝く海ー私のプランは完璧だった。そうなったら即行動しないといけない。同じ思考回路を持った人達が一斉に家を出て、スモッグとクラクションで道が埋め尽くされる前に海にたどり着きたかった。海までは家から１時間半。入れたてのコーヒーと共に車に飛び込んで出発した。いつもだったらのんびり大声で歌いながら運転する私も、その日はラジオから流れてくるアップテンポの曲のせいか、曲に合わせて車のスピードも上がっていった。突然銃声のような、乾いた、重い音が耳に鳴り響いた。

The blue color spreading out, the glittering ocean-my plan was perfect. Then, I had to act immediately; I wanted to reach the ocean before people with the same idea left their houses at once and the street was full of smog and the sound of horns. It takes an hour and a half from my home to the ocean. I jumped into my car with a freshly brewed coffee, and took off. Normally I would drive singing songs in a loud voice, but that day the car speed went up together with the up-tempo number from the car radio. Suddenly, a dry, heavy sound like a gunshot rang in my ear.

The overspreading blue, and sparkling ocean - My plan was perfect. So I had to take action immediately. I wanted to arrive at the ocean before people, who were thinking in the same way, left their houses at the same time and before the roads were filled with smog and honking sounds by them. It takes me one and half hours from my house to the ocean. With a cup of fresh brewed coffee in my hand, I jumped in my car and left my house. I usually enjoy singing loudly during my drive. But that day, I was listening to the uptempo music from the radio, so my car was speeding up along with the tune. Suddenly, a dry and heavy sound rang in my ears, such as a gunshot.
