D'Angelico NY-DCのほうですが、年式は推測で申し訳ございませんがボディー内のラベルにのシリアルナンバーのあとに08とございますので、2008年が有力だと思いますが、確かではございません。
製造工場に関しましては分かりかねます。代理店様がラベルに記載されていますがＣＲＥＷＳの国内限定モデルだと思いますので国内の工場です。
保証書、認定書は中古楽器のた当店に入荷した時点からございません。

As for D’Angelico NY-DC, sorry for my estimate for the model year, but it seems most likely to be of 2008 as the serial number is followed by 08. I am not 100% sure though.
As for the manufacturing plant, I do not know the answer. As the agency stated on the label, it looks like the domestic limited model of CREWS, so it is a domestic manufacturing plant.
Due to the used music instrument, neither the warranty nor the certificate came with the item when we bought it. The label image inside the hole is attached for your review. Please kindly confirm.

I’m not sure but D'Angelico NY-DC produced at 2008, predicted by the label inside of body. The number “08” is on next to the serial number.
I have no idea of production factory.
The trading agent is on the label as CREWS limited model of domestic.
We don't have warranty card and certificate for Used Instruments.
