商品のレンズが動かなかったということで大変ご迷惑をおかけ致しました。返品対応致しますのでご安心下さい。動作の事で一つ質問があるのですがレンズのAFとMFの切り替えはされてますでしょうか？このレンズはズームリングを上下にスライドすると切り替わるタイプのレンズです。そちらを試されても動かないようでしたら大変お手数ですが再度ご連絡頂いてもよろしいでしょうか？返品の手続きをさせて頂きます。よろしくお願い致します。

Did you switch the AF and MF of the lens? This lens is a switch type that slides up and down the zoom ring. These lenses from this product will not move and has caused me great discomfort. I am returning the product, so please rest easy. I have one question concerning the movements. Will the lenses be changed from AF and MF? It is the type of lens where sliding the the zoom ring of these lenses up and down will change them. When I tried that, it would not move. Although it is such a great deal of bother, would you please hear out my contact once again? I would like you to go through the procedure of returning the product.
