Sorry for keeping you waiting. I have checked the tracking information but it has not been renewed since it left Japan. Normally it would only take a week for arrival of the package, but I assume that it is delayed at customs. We tried to find its current location but there is no update after shipping our from Japan.
As usual, it takes one week to arrive at the destination. I am afraid that it probably get stuck in a customs.
